Color coated plates are coated with galvanized strip or aluminized zine silicon on a continuous set. After surface pretreatment (degreasing and learning), a layer or multi layer liquid coating is coated with roll coating. The plate is coated by baking and cooling. Because coatings can have different colors, it is customary to use coated steel plates as coloured coated steel plates. The products obtained by coating organic coatings on hot-dip galvanized steel or aluminum zinc silicon are hot dip galvanized color coated boards or aluminized zinc silicon color coated boards. In addition to the protective effect of zinc, the organic coating on the surface also has the function of insulation protection and rust prevention, and the service life is longer than that of hot galvanized steel sheet.
